Art in the landscape

Megan Calver - The Jellies

A collection of jellies produced from plants selected on outings in the Blackdown Hills.

The jellies seek to clarify the colours of the landscape, to be coloured by it and ingest it on its own terms.  The jelly-making process follows traditional methods, but recruits unlikely plant material chosen for seasonal colour.

Join the junketing in the kitchen for delicacies and cups of tea.
