The Camden Artists at Applehayes

Due to a change of location, there are now further spaces on this event!

Just before the First World War, an influential group of London artists spent several summers at Applehayes, near Clayhidon, creating an idyllic record of the Blackdowns Landscape.  Art historian, Richard Emeny, describes the period, within the landscape shown in the artwork.
